Senior User Interface Specialist

Qualifications:
Requires Master’s degree in electrical engineering, computer science, or a related field.  Also requires one year of experience in the offered job duties or one year of experience developing .NET Internet Technologies.

Duties:
Duties include research, design, develop, and test operating systems-level software related to the user interface for the Institutional and Retail voting platforms; Will set operational specifications and formulate and analyze software requirements using various client-side technologies, including ASP .NET applications, C#, C++, Javascript, Ajax, XML, Windows Forms, Web Services, and .NET Remoting; Develop, test, and analyze ASP .NET applications; Research, design, document, and modify software specifications throughout the production life cycle; Serve as a technical advisor for junior and mid-career software developers. External Product Development Manager

Qualifications:
Requires Bachelor’s degree in business management. Also requires five years’ experience in financial services project management for proxy services.

Duties:
Directs and coordinates the research, development, and release of external products related to the company’s proxy voting services; Works with business analysts, developers, and subject matter experts to direct the External Products Ownership Team; Plans and formulates research and development proposals, and reviews and analyzes proposals to determine feasibility of expenditures; Develops methods for monitoring product development to inform management of the status of each project; Directs the release of products to a variety of clients, including retail brokers, transfer agents, solicitors, and clearinghouses.
